I am proud of the progress we\u2019ve made over these few years, but there\u2019s much more to do and we need to keep this important investment into our neighborhoods going.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">The Hamden Legislative Council authorized $250,000 in the Local Improvement Program (LoCIP). This money will be used towards fixing sidewalks and curbs across Hamden.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">For some students, they won\u2019t believe the repairs to Hamden roadways until they see the work being done. <\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">\u201cYeah, they\u2019re allocating the money, but they can allocate whatever they want,\u201d senior, Sean Raggio said. \u201cUntil I see a paved road it\u2019s just talk.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>   <iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/maps\/embed?pb=!1m18!1m12!1m3!1d3005.860805597966!2d-72.88153794374796!3d41.423367622070465!2m3!1f0!2f0!3f0!3m2!1i1024!2i768!4f13.1!3m3!1m2!1s0x89e7cfe44fae3999%3A0xed8df2adbe8d8e42!2sMt%20Carmel%20Ave%2C%20Connecticut!5e0!3m2!1sen!2sus!4v1569707640226!5m2!1sen!2sus\" width=\"600\" height=\"450\" frameborder=\"0\" style=\"border:0;\" allowfullscreen=\"\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">Mount Carmel Avenue has recently been repaved.
