There were thirteen people on board at the aircraft, which consisted of two pilots, an attendant, and passengers at the time of the crash around 10:00 am.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">The plane crashed approximately five minutes after it took off.
