Talking affirmative action

Great interviews and comments! The tide is shifting. As a Doctor I own offices where are the doctors are “Minorities” and most of the “help” are not. I agree that in 20 years more minorities will be in positions of power. Combine that with the change in demographic of the USA, people will be asking for AA again to help poor “white” families. Also the people that have benefited the most from AA are “white women”. It will be interesting to see the decline of their power in these schools and institutions.
